Dates for GVR Tiebreaker Announced

April 28, 2008 (Lake Forest, CA) – Today etnies announced that the fifth annual GvR skateboarding contest will be October 2-5, 2008 at the etnies’ Skatepark of Lake Forest. The series is currently tied up – Goofy: 2 – Regular: 2

GvR brings together the best professional skateboarders in the world aligned by their stance. After going down in 2004, Goofy came back and took the GvR title in 2005, spearheaded by 2005 MVP and etnies’ pro, Ronnie Creager. The Goofies took their second victory in 2006 led by Jereme Rogers. In 2007 the Regs came back to even the score with Rick McCrank earning MVP and Luan De Olivera coming out of nowhere to win it. Will Goofy come back to win and regain their pride, or will team Regular take two in a row?
