For Immediate Release – August 24, 2006

The Arto 2 is Simply Mustard!

Lake Forest , CA – Arto Saari’s first pro model shoe, the Arto, was one of the most highly-demanded etnies pro models of all time. His long-awaited second shoe, the Arto 2, will hit skateshop shelves in October.

In the words of Mr. Saari himself, "The shoes are good – you should try some. They're mustard!!! Mustard indeed.”

During the design process, Arto integrated STI System G2 TM in the shoe’s heel to absorb shock and prevent bruises, and an STI Foam TM cushioning footbed for added comfort and support.

About etnies:
Established in 1986, etnies is the first skateboarder-owned and operated global action sports footwear and apparel company. etnies not only pushed the envelope by creating the first pro model skate shoe, but it pioneered technological advances and changed the face of skateboard footwear forever. Today etnies’ vision is to remain the leading action sports company committed to creating functional products that provide the most style, comfort, durability and protection possible. etnies stays true to its roots by sponsoring a world class team of skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, moto x and BMX athletes and continues its dedication by giving back to each of these communities. i bought two pairs of these in diff. colours and both pairs ripped along the heel in exactly the same place with virtually no wear !! they suck, i assume they were designed with skateboarders in mind but why weren't they then given some market research with users as the obvious flaw in design would have been seen quickly bad designers and bad designs, you need to consider your customers more, we are in a recession and you have lots of competition out there http://www.graff1.com
