WHO WILL BE CROWNED LORD OF THE LINES?

At Matix, progress is everything. In staying true to our slogan we have developed a skate contest that will take skill, balance and progression to the next level. Imagine this – a flat bar, 30-feet of open space, a manual pad, another 30-feet of open space and an up-ledge box put together in one lane, in one line. Riders will have 5 tries to create a line connecting those 3 items together, meaning they’ll have to do a trick on the flat bar, a trick on the manual pad and a trick on the up-ledge box, all in one line. The more technical the line, the more points the rider receives. If the rider can’t put together a line in 5 tries, they’re out.

We’ve got a $15,000.00 purse to give away, with sums of $10,000.00 for 1st, $3,000.00 for 2nd and $1,000.00 for 3rd and $1000.00 cash to throw out for best individual tricks! Who isn’t going to walk away with a little bit of dough in January?

Matix is proud to present its new contest – “Lord of the Lines”. Friday, January 26th, 2007 located at the ASR Trade Show. 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm with a practice beginning at 1:00 pm.
