C1RCA presents Cowtown’s 6th Annual PHXAM Skateboard Contest where Skateboarders will compete for over $8000 in prize money. This year Zero Skateboards will present the $2500 best trick and spectators will get a chance to win a year’s supply of C1RCA shoes and many other prizes!

With the support of our sponsors: C1RCA, Zero, Nixon, Bones, Royal, Ogio, FKD, Univ, Boost Mobile, Thrasher, Slap, & The Skateboard Mag, formmmmmore than 100 skateboarders from across the globe will compete for cash prizes of $3000 for 1st place, $2000 for 2nd place, and $1000 for 3rd place. The top 35 riders from the Qualifiers on Saturday will skate in the Eliminator round on Sunday. All riders will automatically be entered in the ZERO Best Trick contest to be held on Sunday after finals. Zero Skateboards will award a $2500 cash prize to the skateboarder that lands the best trick. The PHXAM contest will start at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday March 24th, and 11:00 am on Sunday, March 25th. A $5 general admission is charged at the gate and concessions are sold within the park. The first 500 spectators through the gates on Saturday and Sunday will receive a free PHXAM t-shirt and a ticket for the PHXAM Raffle. The daily grand raffle prize is a one year supply of shoes from C1RCA. Other raffle prizes include: skateboards, trucks, wheels, backpacks, hats, accessories of all kinds and much more.

Over the past five years the PHXAM Contest has grown to be one of the best industry-focused amateur contests. This event is put on in hopes of improving the skateboarding scene here in Arizona and everywhere else and is another way for AM’s from all over the world to be seen and get more exposure. Previous winners have been Billy Marks, Jereme Rogers, Colin Provost, Adam Dyet and Nick Fiorini. Everyone has a great time at the contest, and because of all the continued support from the industry, PHXAM continues to get better each year.
