'Skateboard' Curing 7-Month-Old's Club Foot

James Boorah has been wearing the device — which straps to his feet and turns the club foot the right way — for up to 23 hours a day. He now only wears it at night.

But it should correct the problem without surgery by the time he is four years old.

Mum Amanda, 35, and dad, Simon, 39, of Portsmouth, Hants, are delighted at his progress.

Amanda said: "Even though James was getting used to wearing it most of the time, he is enjoying his freedom now. He loves being able to kick his legs about."
